If you have mastered the basics of tennis, and are looking to increase your enjoyment of this wonderful sport on beautiful tennis courts, then the Scarborough Tennis Club is for you.

Membership at the Scarborough Tennis Club is an inexpensive way to keep fit and meet other active, tennis-loving people. Club membership gives you access to club facilities, organised social play, and interclub competitive tennis…a great way to enjoy our fabulous Perth tennis lifestyle.

Tennis Club membership also gives you automatic membership of the main Scarborough Sportsmen’s Club, with full access to club facilities including Lounge Bar, TAB, Foxtel, Squash Courts, Billiards and Darts.

New Adult Member Full Membership - $460

  • Full court and organised social access and can play in pennants teams.

PENSIONER MEMBERSHIP - $420

Must provide proof of receiving an Aged, Disability or Department of Veterans Affairs Pension as at 1 September.

• Full court and organised social access and can play in pennants teams.• Voting rights at all STC meetings.• 50% off online booking fee during Scarborough Tennis Academy court hours.• Includes Membership of Scarborough Sports and Community Club.

YOUNG ADULT MEMBERSHIP - $300

Must be above 18 years old and under 25 years old as at 1 September.

• Full court and organised social access and can play in pennants teams. • Voting rights at all STC meetings. • 50% off online booking fee during Scarborough Tennis Academy court hours. • Does NOT include Membership of Scarborough Sports and Community Club.

STUDENT MEMBERSHIP - $270

Must provide proof of being a full-time student and over 18 years old as at 1 September. No maximum age limit.

• Full court and organised social access and can play in pennants teams.• Voting rights at all STC meetings.• 50% off online booking fee during Scarborough Tennis Academy court hours. • Does NOT include Membership of Scarborough Sports and Community Club.

COUNTRY / FIFO MEMBERSHIP - $255

Permanent residence must be 50km from the Club and outside the Perth Metropolitan Region or Fly in/Fly out worker.

• Full court and organised social access and can play in pennants teams.• Voting rights at all STC meetings.• 50% off online booking fee during Scarborough Tennis Academy court hours.• Does NOT include Membership of Scarborough Sports and Community Club.

PARENT MEMBERSHIP - $80

Must have at least one child as a Junior / Mini Member. Court use with child (Junior / Mini Member) ONLY.

• Visitor fees apply for court use outside the above conditions and at organised social.• UNABLE to play pennants.• NO Voting rights at STC meetings.• Does NOT include Membership of Scarborough Sports and Community Club. 

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP - $150

Must be above 10 years old and below 18 years old as at 1 September.

• Full court and organised social access (subject to existing social standards) and can play in pennants teams.• NO Voting rights at all STC meetings.• Does NOT include Membership of Scarborough Sports and Community Club.

MINI MEMBERSHIP - $90

Must be below 10 years old as at 1 September.

• Full court and organised social access (subject to existing social standards) and can play in pennants teams.• NO Voting rights at all STC meetings.• Does NOT include Membership of Scarborough Sports and Community Club.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP - $920

Available to a family that has two over 18 years old members and up to two under 18 years old members as at 1 September. 

• The rights of each Member of the family will correspond to the Membership category paid for (in the case of the adults) or fall into (in the case of the children).

PENNANT MEMBERSHIP - $150

For players who wish to only play pennants representing Scarborough Tennis Club and are already a full member of another Tennis West affiliated tennis club.

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP - $30

Non playing membership for a past member or a family member or friend of a current member. Provides access to STC bar facilities after weekend social play and can attend STC functions and events.

PRO-RATA DISCOUNTS

If you join the club after 1 January in any year and before the 31 August, the above membership fees will be discounted to reflect the shorter membership period available to you prior to the new membership year which commences on 1 September each year. Please ask when paying your fees for the current cost.

*Peak times are 3.30-7pm Monday-Thursday.
Members booking rates: $7.50 per hour during the day, or $15 per hour under lights.

 

Try before you buy

If you are interested in trying out weekend social tennis, you can play as a visitor for just $15 for the whole afternoon. This will give you a chance to check out our facilities, and provide us a chance to assess your skill level.  We just politely ask that you wear appropriate tennis shoes and sports clothes and we look forward to meeting you!
