CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Open Mixed Doubles Div 1 & 2
Open Men's Doubles Div 1 & 2
Open Ladies Doubles Div 1 & 2
These events will be round robins, with two groups A and B, containing 6 pairs (12 players).
The matches will be timed due to it being a 1-day event.
Each pair will play each other in their respective group (5 rounds), with the winner
of the group playing off in the Grand Final to be crowned Champion.
There will be a third place play-off between the 2nd place finisher of each group, as well.
The maximum number of entries will be 144 (72 men and 72 female) and we have 12 grass courts and 6 hard courts in use on the day.
Please note that lunch is not included in the entry fee. There will be a lunch break with sandwiches/rolls available to purchase, or you can BYO lunch.
PRIZES: There will be cash prizes for each the winners and for the runners up of each division.
Raffle tickets will be available to purchase throughout the day, raffle draw will be held at the end of play.
Players are asked to stay for the presentations & raffle draw.
In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Captain’s Team shall be final.
