At Scarborough Tennis Club, we have a long and proud history of meeting the tennis and broader entertainment needs of our members and visitors in a relaxed beachside environment.Founded in 1964, we have built a strong reputation as a great place to play tennis and develop friendships in a fantastic location next to Abbott Park and within walking distance of the redeveloped Scarborough beachfront.
The club offers 13 grass courts (which are available from October to July) and six hard courts, available throughout the year. Social, coaching, championships, pennants – we’ve got it all so you (and your family or friends) can easily find your niche, no matter what your age or tennis level. Our facilities have recently undergone a massive overhaul and renovation and everything is new and state of the art.
So if you’re looking for a special place to call your home for social or competitive tennis – or just a convenient club to visit – we’d really love to meet and welcome you.

The 2024 Scarborough Tennis Club AGM will be held on the 8th June 2024, during the meeting the new committee will be elected. If you would like to nominate for any of the positions, please add your name to the sign up sheet at the club or email us at committee@scarboroughtennis.com.au by 20 May 2024.
